Our Digital Voucher platform is accessible on any device, online and offline. It allows Assistant Directors and/or Background Coordinators to sign-in and wrap talent, see how many performers are on set, and make adjustments like additional fess or travel expenses all in real time—in just a few clicks. The system also generates accurate daily reports, helping keep budgets on track, and giving accountants immediate access to pre-approved figures and running costs.

Our artists are fully trained to use the Digital Voucher system. They will not require paper copies or follow-ups. They can simply log into their profile and view their voucher as soon as they are wrapped.  Each artist will then have a 24-hour window to review and approve their voucher or request adjustments before it is finalized and sent for invoicing.
