Measurements guide

Before you begin:

  • Measurements must be taken in inches. If you are using millimetres or centimetres, you can convert the measurement to inches HERE.

  • Use a cloth or flexible tape measure when taking your measurements, not a metal one.

  • If you only have a metal tape measure, use a piece of string or ribbon to find the circumference of the area, then measure the length of string or ribbon against the metal tape measure.

  • When measuring, have someone help you, or use a mirror.

  • Take the measurements on your skin, not over your clothes, and note them as you go.

  • When measuring circumference, make sure the tape measure is levelled.

Pass the tape measure around the circumference of your hips at the fullest part of your hips and across your bottom.

I

Stand straight and have someone measure from your upper inner thigh to about an inch above the floor.

E

Start at the nape of your neck, run the tape over your shoulder, down your arm, and to just below your wrist bone.  Or, you can measure the sleeve of a well fitted shirt in your wardrobe.

SHOE SIZE

Please enter your shoe size using North American sizing. For comfort, it may be best to choose your size when wearing thick socks.
